Business Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Business Coordinator to join their team. As a Business Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the logistics, project management, and vendor relations teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Coordinator Location: New York, NY What’s the Job? Track all inbound shipments from China, including freight status, delivery dates, and rerouting goods if necessary Maintain comprehensive team status reports on all projects, tracking POs and delivery timelines Issue purchase orders ensuring compliance with auditing standards, including quotes, approvals, and CBRs Resolve receiving issues by providing documentation and collaborating with logistics and vendor teams Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely vendor payments and review invoices for accuracy What’s Needed? Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience with procurement, logistics, or project management is preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics or ERP systems What’s in it for me?
