Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, establishing personal treatment goals and strategies tailored to their specific requirements. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and family systems therapy, to address a variety of mental health issues for individuals, groups, and families. Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to facilitate comprehensive care plans and ensure that client needs are met holistically. Provide crisis intervention support via telehealth when clients experience severe emotional distress, utilizing your clinical training to navigate challenging situations effectively. Patient Population / Client Focus As a member of our therapeutic community, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your role is crucial in providing individualized support that respects their unique experiences and backgrounds. Qualifications An active and independent license in mental health counseling, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A master’s or doctoral degree in a related field, including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, allowing you to create rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients. Strong organizational skills to manage documentation, treatment plans, and client communications effectively.
