Work Environment This role will be conducted remotely, offering a flexible work schedule while maintaining a culture of teamwork and collaboration. While working from home, you will have access to necessary digital tools and resources to provide effective counseling services. Our organization employs various telehealth platforms to facilitate seamless communication, ensuring you remain connected with both clients and colleagues. Regular meetings and training sessions will be scheduled to promote professional development and organizational alignment. Key Responsibilities Engage collaboratively with internal programs and external partners, including schools and community organizations, to coordinate patient care and support. Meet billing and documentation requirements as stipulated by the agency, ensuring consistency with program needs and regulations. Remain available for on-call duties, including after-hours support, as required by program needs, while pursuing necessary LPS designations to enhance service delivery. Participate actively in regular staff meetings to share insights that drive program development and contribute to training initiatives aimed at increasing team competency. Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs and incorporating best practices from current research. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, from young children to elderly adults. You will address various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental disorders. We value inclusivity and cultural sensitivity, tailoring therapeutic approaches to fit the individual backgrounds and needs of clients, thereby fostering a healing and supportive environment. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling. Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Counselor. Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care principles and culturally competent practices. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, experience in an outpatient clinical setting is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth systems, client management software, and collaborative care models will enhance your capabilities in this role. Prior involvement in community-based programs or multidisciplinary teams that focus on mental health interventions will also be beneficial. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 , commensurate with your experience and caseload.
