Role Description This full-time Assistant role is based on-site in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and managing daily office tasks. The role also involves maintaining communication across teams, ensuring smooth workflows, and assisting with project management tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills to handle office administration and scheduling tasks. Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, for correspondence and collaboration. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools for document preparation and management. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for efficient task execution. Relevant prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
