HR Specialist/Caregiver Relations

Caregiver Relations / HR Specialist Location: Brooklyn, NY Salary: $55K-$65K We are looking to hire a Caregiver Relations / HR Specialist for our Brooklyn office. This position will focus on supporting our caregivers throughout their employment and helping to improve retention andcustomer service. Responsibilities will include: Overseeing new hires after onboarding Serving as the main point of contact for caregiver questions and concerns Assisting with assigning and staffing cases in partnership with Coordination Helping caregivers stay actively working Resolving issues quickly and efficiently Building strong relationships with caregivers to improve retention We are looking for someone who is: Fluent in both English and Spanish Friendly, approachable, and people-oriented A strong problem solver Excellent at customer service Experienced in home care (HR experience preferred; coordination experience is a plus) This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Brooklyn office. Remote work is not available.
