Thriving New Resort is looking to add an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to their team!!

What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management or related field
Minimum two (2) years' experience as a Restaurant Manager, in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
Familiarity with the following restaurant management software - Micros, Micros Symphony, Seven rooms preferred
ServSafe manager certification or other food handler manager certification by a state recognized agency
Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
