Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with couples and families, providing both joint and individual counseling to address a range of issues.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in overcoming challenges such as substance abuse, grief and loss, interpersonal conflict, and family dynamics.

• Facilitate conflict resolution and improve communication skills among family members, particularly in blended family situations or during transitions such as separation and divorce.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, therapeutic goals, and ongoing evaluations of progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate actively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic treatment for clients, sharing insights and strategies to better address client needs.

• Engage with potential clients through outreach, community events, or workshops to promote mental health awareness and the services offered by the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may present with unique challenges, including mental health disorders, relationship issues, and personal crises. Presence of Mind Counseling Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 75,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
