Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual and/or couples therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques to facilitate personal growth, enhance coping mechanisms, and improve relational dynamics.

• Collaborate with colleagues through regular staff meetings and supervision sessions to discuss treatment strategies, share best practices, and enhance clinical skills.

• Establish therapy goals in partnership with clients, continuously tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy technologies to provide virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with transportation difficulties or scheduling constraints.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health, integrating current research and methodologies into your practice.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with diverse populations, providing support to adults, children, and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. You will engage with clients from different backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to their unique needs—whether it’s navigating family dynamics, coping with anxiety or depression, or addressing trauma. Qualifications\n

• Fully licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $101,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
