You will play a key role in maintaining cash flow while contributing to a reliable and efficient AR function. Key Responsibilities Of The B2B Collections Specialist Manage a portfolio of commercial, wholesale, and retail accounts, conducting proactive outreach on past‑due balances. Review AR aging reports, monitor credit limits and payment terms, and identify higher‑risk accounts to support DSO reduction. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies such as short payments, pricing differences, tax issues, and PO mismatches. Communicate with business customers via phone and email regarding account status, statements, and reconciliations. Partner with cross‑functional teams while maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of collection activity. Qualifications For The B2B Collections Specialist Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable. Working knowledge of purchase orders, payment terms (NET), chargebacks, credits, reconciliations, and customer portals.
