What You’ll Do Develop and manage hospital and departmental budgets Create hospital and department financial forecasts, variance analyses and operational performance models Analyze operational, organizational, and staffing trends to support leadership decisions Support departmental leadership with productivity reviews and hours/UOS performance management Build tracking tools and dashboards to monitor financial and operational performance Prepare and present tailored financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership Support strategic business planning projects and healthcare initiatives Provide project management oversight for special assignments and system-wide initiatives Partner across medical, operational, and financial departments to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency Required Education Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, or related field Experience Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in healthcare financial analysis, consulting, or related technical/business environment Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of acute care hospitals and integrated delivery systems Advanced skills in financial modeling, spreadsheets, and presentation tools Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management abilities Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across departments High level of professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive financial information Personal accountability and commitment to delivering high-quality work Respectful, service-oriented approach when interacting with patients, staff, and leadership Salary $34.00/hr - $50.99/hr Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits Opportunities for professional development and advancement Collaborative and supportive work culture Meaningful work that impacts healthcare delivery and patient outcomes Physical Requirements Sedentary role requiring occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr Summa Health System
