About the Role:

Project Manager with a strong background in K-12 construction projects. This individual will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout and must be capable of independently managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Manage K-12 construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Lead project meetings and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Oversee project safety, quality control, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate closely with field teams and leadership
  • Resolve project issues proactively and efficiently

Requirements:

• • Extensive experience managing K-12 or educational construction projects
  • Proven ability to independently run large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working with public sector or educational projects preferred
  • Proficient with construction management software and project documentation
