PROJECT SPECIALIST WEALTH - PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Join our team as a Project Specialist dedicated to driving department-level initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, and firm-wide project contributions. This role is critical in ensuring our department’s operations are efficient, innovative, and aligned with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration across multiple teams.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Lead and support department-specific projects aimed at improving processes, implementing automation solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project timelines, task trackers, and tools to monitor progress. Gather and document project requirements from stakeholders across teams Track project progress and maintain accountability to timelines. Communicate status updates and manage stakeholder expectations. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the department. Work with stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor solutions that streamline workflows and reduce manual effort. Create complex reports requiring large-scale data consolidation across multiples systems and provide recurring metrics. Conduct data reconciliation and accuracy checks for projects involving large datasets. Document process flows and ensure updates are communicated and adopted across teams. Facilitate communication between teams to resolve dependencies and ensure seamless project execution. Gather cross-functional feedback to support development of consistent, firm-wide reporting practices

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Required Qualifications 3 + years of experience in project management, process improvement, or automation initiatives. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, charts), Word, PowerPoint, Adobe and Outlook 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Additional Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Excellent organizational skills, including planning, coordination, and deadline-driven execution. Innovative thinker with a passion for automation and process optimization. Experience with automation tools or process mapping software is a plus. Familiarity with firm-wide project management methodologies preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Excellent organizational skills, including planning, coordination, and deadline-driven execution.

*Compensation*Starting base salary: $78,970 - $126,140 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
