Job Description: Help Desk Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (Hybrid) Role Overview An established organization is seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Technician to deliver technical support to an internal retail network. This position focuses on resolving user inquiries and managing support tickets to maintain operational efficiency. Candidates will have the opportunity to collaborate within a supportive environment and develop professional technical skills. Key Responsibilities Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing platform to document, track, and resolve support requests. Manage a high volume of incoming technical tickets with efficiency and accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve access issues, including password resets, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and email account configurations. Onboard external vendors onto the system and assist with platform permissions. Deliver exceptional support services to minimize disruption for internal personnel. Provide prompt assistance to ensure high levels of user satisfaction. Required Qualifications Education: High School Diploma. Experience: Prior help desk or technical support experience is required. Hands-on experience with a ticketing system, specifically ServiceNow, is preferred. Technical Skills: Candidates must possess relevant security certifications or actively be pursuing them. Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities are necessary for system diagnosis. Additional Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach are required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and fit into a collaborative team dynamic.
