Position Overview Our Operations Manager is trained to manage both the kitchen and dining room operations (Hybrid Manager). This role typically works two to three shifts each week in both front-of-house and back-of-house management positions, supporting the General Manager and Chef while helping drive operational excellence throughout the restaurant.
