We are seeking a Probate Paralegal to support one supervising attorney across simple estates, complex estates, and mixed probate matters. The role provides primary client contact, assists with estate administration and probate documentation, and contributes to a positive, cooperative, friendly work environment while delivering high-quality professional service to a variety of clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with clients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Serve as the primary client contact for administrative communication and routine case updates.
• Manage calendars and scheduling for the supervising attorney.
• Conduct client intake and gather information for probate matters.
• Manage cases and organize files for simple estates, complex estates, and mixed probate matters.
• Create, complete, and input data into probate forms and estate administration documents.
• Prepare legal documents and assist with case organization.
• Support opportunities for expanded case ownership and advanced probate training.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in probate and estate administration.
• Associate’s degree or paralegal certificate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with probate administration and estate administration.
• Legal document preparation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written communication and client relations skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
