Senior Access Center Lead & Scheduler
Westchester Medical Center
Westchester Medical Center is looking for a Senior Access Center Ambassador to be the lead contact for patients and handle a significant volume of inbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles, and a high school diploma is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential.
