A day in the life:Source resumes to establish candidate poolsRecruit and interview qualified candidatesMatch candidates with appropriate opportunities and submit to the clientsSupervise contract employee activitiesBuild candidate and client relationships through extensive interaction and diligent follow upWrite job descriptions and post job adsNegotiate and present employment offersAssist with payroll, unemployment and worker's compensation as neededProvide administrative and other branch office supportWhat you'll need:High energy to match high volumeTenacious approach to daily work and the grit to see it throughProven ability to interact professionally and authentically with clients and candidates at all skill levelsCompetitive spirit and roll-up-your-sleeves attitudeExceptional organization and time management skillsFluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written communication)Background in HR, recruiting, retail, or other fast-paced customer service industry – often successful in our business!
