Craft Recruiter

Responsibilities

As our Craft Recruiter, you'll be the one finding the equipment operators, carpenters, concrete finishers, field engineers, tower crane operators and other skilled trades professionals who make that possible - moving fast, staying sharp under tight timelines, and building the pipelines that keep our Carolinas projects staffed and moving.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role for someone who thrives on high volume and tight timelines, and who wants to be in the room where the work happens - this is an in-office role based out of our Charlotte office, where our team works face-to-face to build strong relationships and great projects.

• Build and own relationships with local and national resources, active and passive candidates, and referral networks to keep a steady pipeline of craft talent flowing across trades.
• Run the full recruitment and hiring cycle - requisitions, sourcing, screening, and interviews, for high-volume craft positions.
• Partner with field operations and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, assess candidate fit, and route talent to the right roles fast.
• Plan and lead job fairs, trade shows, and military/student career events that build the trades pipeline, and travel to jobsites as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring documentation in iCIMS and stay sharp on market trends affecting trades staffing.

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of craft or trades staffing/recruiting experience; construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success managing high-volume requisitions on tight timelines - this role moves fast and rewards people who move with it.
• Experience with iCIMS or a comparable ATS platform.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with field operations and hiring managers under pressure.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites, hiring events, and local offices as needed.
• High School Diploma/GED required; relevant certifications or degree a plus.
