This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing general accounting and multi-entity consolidations for a $250M+ platform, with exposure to acquisitions, process improvements, and an upcoming ERP implementation.What You’ll Do:Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closeOversee GL, accruals, payroll accounting, and reconciliationsManage multi-entity consolidations (U.S. GAAP; IFRS exposure a plus)Oversee intercompany accounting and eliminationsStrengthen internal controls in a PE-backed environmentSupport audit, lender reporting, and complianceMentor and grow an accounting teamWhat They’re Looking For:Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance7+ years progressive accounting experiencePrior people management experienceStrong GAAP + consolidation backgroundAudit / internal controls knowledgeAdvanced Excel + ERP experiencePluses: CPA, M&A/integration exposure, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics Business CentralWhy This Role?PE-backed growth platformERP implementation involvementAcquisition exposureLeadership visibilityStrong sustainability-focused missionIf you meet the minimum requirements and want to learn more about this opportunity, please email your resume to the email listed above and reference SF0013384450.All inquiries are confidential.
