Creative Associate Director

Connvertex Technologies Inc.

A strategic, integrated Associate Creative Director who can serve as James's creative counterpart. This is a player-coach role across creative strategy, copy, and art. The person will lead and review work, manage stakeholders and workflow, and still get hands-on with concepts, writing, or design when needed.
Priority background:
Current or recent Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, Group Creative Director, or similar
Integrated campaign experience across multiple channels
Strong portfolio showing concepts, brand thinking, and clear personal ownership
Ability to evaluate both design and copy
Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams
Enterprise, multinational, or regulated-industry experience
Strong stakeholder management
Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint familiarity
Creative operations or project-management experience
Good backgrounds include financial services, insurance, pharma, healthcare, professional services, enterprise technology, internal agencies, and agencies supporting large regulated clients.
Do not send:
Pure project or production managers
Social-only creatives
Hands-off executives
Designers or writers without integrated campaign leadership
Candidates without a portfolio
Candidates materially above the workable pay range
