Fabrication Machine Operator

Location: Redmond, WA

Schedule: Full-Time

Overtime Available

We are seeking a Fabrication Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with machine operation or production experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. You will operate fabrication equipment, work from blueprints, and help support daily production goals while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

• Operate fabrication machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Utilize hand tools, mechanical tools, and pneumatic tools to complete manufacturing processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and perform basic adjustments as needed.
• Support material handling, staging, and manufacturing operations.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety and production procedures.

• Previous machine operating, manufacturing, fabrication, or production experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and production drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.

• Forklift certification or previous forklift experience.
• Experience working with fabrication or production equipment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards and procedures.

This position operates within a manufacturing and fabrication facility. Employees regularly work around machinery, production equipment, and moving materials. The environment is safety-focused and requires adherence to all company policies and procedures.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

The pay range for this position is $26.71 - $26.71/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
