Locums Primary Care Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a Locums Primary Care Physician to join a patient-focused outpatient clinic south of Tucson, Arizona. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, value-based care while building meaningful relationships with an adult patient population.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience practicing in a value-based primary care clinic and is committed to preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and improving long-term patient outcomes.

Compensation: $140+ per hour

Schedule: MondayFriday, 5 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and population health initiatives.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving quality outcomes.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Foster long-term relationships with patients through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain.
• DEA registration or eligibility.
• Previous value-based primary care clinic experience is required.
• Strong commitment to quality metrics, preventive care, and patient satisfaction.
