Defined Contribution Data Conversion Lead

Responsibilities Coordinate the transition of Defined Contribution Plans to DC Plan Services Develop a Conversion Strategy with the client Review and follow up on data delivery from Prior Recordkeepers Produce reports to review with the client Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a combination of implementation and/or 401(k) operations General understanding of the retirement market, client service, implementation processes Strong organizational and operational skills Ability to understand and work with payroll software programs Strong presentation, consulting, and negotiating skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Hard Skills 401(k) operations implementation processes data delivery report production Soft Skills organizational skills operational skills presentation skills consulting skills negotiating skills written communication oral communication Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
