Looking for a talented Sous Chef to lead a fast-paced, hip, high-volume restaurant. This is a growth-oriented company that offers a solid benefits package and takes great care of its managers. Sous Chef Benefits / Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily kitchen operations of a cool, fast-paced casual dining restaurant. Lead and develop a team with a hands-on approach. Manage all BOH cost areas, Scheduling, Inventory, Purchasing, etc. Collaborate with the FOH team and company leadership. Competitive starting salary of around 55K to 60K Health insurance package Paid vacation, PTO Great advancement opportunities with a stable and thriving company. Sous Chef Requirements: The ability to thrive in a high volume ($3 million) kitchen environment. Minimum of 2+ years of Kitchen Management experience Ability to manage all BOH cost areas / inventory / ordering/ scheduling / labor cost. The ability to have fun at work and make work fun!!
