Specific areas of responsibility may include compliance and privacy, employment and labor, intellectual property, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and business affairs. Applicants for the Senior Vice President, Legal position at the company should possess a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school, be a member of the State Bar in good standing, and have at least 15 years of legal experience, with a strong background in both private practice and in-house counsel.
