The Role: We are seeking a highly driven, hard-working  Print Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who already possesses an established "book of business" and is ready to hit the ground running. In this fully commission-based role, your primary focus will be bringing in your own clients, expanding our B2B printing footprint, and consistently driving new sales.You will have the freedom to hunt for new business while leveraging the strength, reliability, and immense brand recognition of The UPS Store. Key Responsibilities: Leverage your existing book of business to transition and grow your client base under The UPS Store brand.Actively prospect, pitch, and close B2B print sales (ranging from marketing materials and direct mail to large format and signs/banners).Consistently increase sales revenue on a regular basis by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.Consult with clients to understand their printing needs and provide expert recommendations.Work seamlessly with our dedicated in-store production teams to ensure client orders are fulfilled to the highest standard. What We Are Looking For: Experience: Proven track record of success in outside B2B sales, specifically within the commercial printing, signage, or graphic arts industry. Book of Business: You  must have an existing, active portfolio of clients that you can bring with you. Drive: You are a relentless, hard-working go-getter who thrives in a 100% commission-based environment. Independence: Highly self-motivated, able to manage your own schedule, and driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
