Patient Experience & Scheduling Specialist

Mercy Care

Mercy Cedar Rapids is seeking a Medical Office Assistant to provide clerical support and patient-centered service in our busy office. You will answer calls, schedule visits, handle messaging, collect payments, and support Epic-based workflows according to Mercy policies. Ideal candidates have at least one year in a medical office and strong communication skills, accurate data entry, and comfort using EPIC, RightFax and related systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
