Patient Experience & Scheduling Specialist
Mercy Physician Services, Inc.
Mercy Cedar Rapids is seeking an experienced medical office administrator to support front desk operations and billing in a fast-paced clinic setting. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, collect payments, and document encounters in Epic with attention to accuracy and compliance. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 1 year of medical office experience, and strong communication skills to coordinate with patients and care teams.
