We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist I to support our SJE Rhombus brand. This role will work out of our Detroit Lakes, MN location. Detroit Lakes is the home office for SJE and is the leading manufacturer of our liquid level control products, including pump control panels, alarm systems, float switches, and level monitoring solutions. Check us out at SJErhombus.com [ or SJEinc.com [ The job: The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) provides an exceptional experience for our customers by listening to and understanding their needs to provide effective solutions in a timely manner. As the central point of contact with our customers, the CSS assists customers with questions and complaints, updates customer information in our database, and processes orders efficiently and accurately. The skills, education, and experience you need: Be extremely detail oriented Possess excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external customers Thrive in fast-paced environments and be able to multi-task Have strong organizational skills Have experience in customer service doing computer-based order entry and answering phones - in a manufacturing environment is a plus Possess strong computer skills Be willing to train on the production floor to learn our products A high school diploma is required, and a 2-year degree is preferred. At least 1-2 years of computer-based order entry is required. Answering your questions: What are the hours? Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. What is your Paid Time Off and holiday policy? Up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in your first year plus 8 paid holidays. What is the starting wage? The starting wage for this position is $17-$20 per hour depending on experience.
