Street Outreach Peer Advocate Housing & Harm Reduction
LA Family Housing
LA Family Housing Corporation is seeking a Peer Advocate to provide street-based outreach for single adults experiencing homelessness. You will engage clients, coordinate referrals, and connect them with housing and health services, drawing on your own lived experience to guide supportive interactions.
The role emphasizes harm reduction, Housing First principles, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to reduce street homelessness and strengthen participant wellbeing.
