Housing Retention Case Manager - Harm Reduction
The People Concern
The People Concern is seeking an ICMS Case Manager to support clients on the 1603-Housing Retention program. Onsite role in Los Angeles, you will manage a caseload, coordinate services, and assist with housing placement and retention using harm reduction and trauma-informed principles. You will collaborate with LA County DMH/DHS and work to improve health and independent living skills, while maintaining confidentiality and client-centered practices in a busy environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
