The People Concern

The People Concern is seeking an ICMS Case Manager for the 1603-Housing Retention program in Woodland Hills, CA. This on-site role supports homeless clients through housing placement and retention with trauma-informed care and harm-reduction principles. You will manage a caseload, coordinate with local agencies, and help clients access health and social services while teaching independent living skills for successful transition to permanent housing. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
