What You’ll Do As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for: Support sales team with administrative tasks and client communications Prepare proposals, contracts, BEOs, and group resumes Assist with CRM updates, reports, and event planning coordination Respond to basic client inquiries and provide property information Help organize site visits, tradeshows, and marketing materials What You Bring 1–2 years in hotel admin or sales support Detail-oriented and strong with emails and scheduling Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools Excellent communication and time management Friendly, guest-focused attitude What You’ll Love About Working Here We believe great work deserves great rewards.
