Associate Tech Specialist - SalesforceLocation: Plano, TX Duration: 12 Months Skills Scrum Management BasicsJob Description:Collaborate to gather and review software requirements/user stories, provide estimates (relative estimation), break user stories into specific subtasksCreate software design specifications and collaborate with engineers/architects to assess and test hardware and software interactionsExecute a specific development methodology through application of multiple programming languages and databasesStrong experience in working on Email Studio, Data Extensions and creating Email/SMS template.Expert in using content builder to setup the emails/SMS based on new requirements.Extensive hands on experience in automation studio to build and automate the daily job.Technically sound working on AMPScriptGood exposure on cloud pages to onboard new pages.Able to track the delivery of the Email/SMS/Push via different journeys and campaigns.Able to propose a solution to the stakeholders for a new feature/journey.Accountable for code quality; perform unit testing - evaluate test results, design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results and produce associated reportingPerform component, contract (consumer PACT), integration testing, reporting testingTier 2 and Tier 3 Production Support - solves configuration and environment issuesUnderstands, implements and tests accessibility requirements
