Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and treatment needs, using evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LCSW will involve supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals facing substance use disorders and mental health challenges. Many of our clients are from underserved communities in Vallejo, California, requiring culturally competent and compassionate care to navigate complicated life circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practice.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and caseload.
