Operations Coordinator

Jeffrey Allen Inc is one of the world's largest dealers of golf carts and utility vehicles, with three locations in Florida serving both commercial and residential customers. We are a family-owned and operated business with over 50 years in operation. Our Davie store is seeking a hands-on operations coordinator to coordinate workflow across our sales, rental, delivery/transportation, and service teams. This role is ideal for someone with experience coordinating sales, service, or parts operations and billing in a process driven dealership, equipment distributor, or service business. *Coordinate internal service work and manage work orders
*Record vehicle inventory, movement and condition using our ERP system
*Invoice sales, rental, service and parts orders accurately
*Inspect completed units to ensure build accuracy and quality We know golf carts are a niche industry so we are looking for a coordinator with operational experience in a process driven industry with similar departmental structures such as:
*Automotive, Powersports, RV, or Marine Dealerships
*Construction or Equipment Rentals
*Industrial Equipment Sales & Service Centers Qualifications:
* Integrity
* Strong Organizational Skills
* Ability to identify parts
*Transportation/Logistics
*Strong verbally and written communication
