Multifunctional Field Technical Support Specialist

Salary: $112,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a secret security clearance.
• We are looking for experience with the Armys Total Package Fielding process, including New Equipment Fielding, New Equipment Training, Platform Integration, and Technical Field Support.
• We need experience installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic and mechanical systems.
• We require proficiency in data entry and operation of Android and Windows systems.
• We need knowledge of databases and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with biometric technologies, including fingerprint, iris, facial, and voice recognition systems, is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware and software systems are necessary.
• You must be able to work in both field and garrison environments with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate technical documentation are required.
• We prefer experience supporting biometric collection capability systems or other government biometric collection platforms.
• We prefer experience providing field support in CONUS and OCONUS environments.
• We prefer familiarity with government standards for biometric data collection and system security.
• We prefer experience delivering technical training to end users in operational environments.
• We require a bachelors degree in a relevant discipline, or two additional years of relevant experience.
• We require five years of relevant experience providing technical support.
• Secret clearance is required.

• We install and configure biometric collection capability devices at military locations, including mobile and static systems.
• We support the Armys Total Package Fielding process, including New Equipment Fielding, New Equipment Training, Platform Integration, and Technical Field Support.
• We perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on biometric hardware and software systems.
• We provide technical assistance to end users and help resolve operational issues.
• We conduct user training on the proper operation and upkeep of biometric collection devices and systems.
• We assist with the collection, processing, and management of biometric data while maintaining accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• We keep detailed records of installations, maintenance actions, repairs, upgrades, and system configurations.
• We use Android and Windows systems to complete data entry, system updates, and operational support tasks.
• We apply database and networking knowledge to support connectivity and system performance.
• We travel to military installations and field locations as needed to provide installation, maintenance, training, and technical support.
• We follow our AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• We perform other duties as assigned.
