This fully on-site position offers the chance to work closely with middle or high school students (grades 6–8 or 10–12), dependent on your preference, within a supportive school district environment. Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to foster strong student outcomes and meaningful communication growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license required (Florida license beneficial for dual credentialing)
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFYs) seeking supervision
• Experience with school-based SLP responsibilities preferred
• Skilled in conducting ARD meetings and delivering therapeutic interventions
• Proficient in assessment, progress monitoring, and reporting for diverse student populations
• Comfortable managing caseloads of approximately 50–60 students within assigned schools
• Must complete district fingerprinting/background process as required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations as part of special education processes
• Attend and contribute to ARD meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Plan and deliver targeted therapy sessions tailored to student needs and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide supervision to CFYs as needed, or focus solely on supervisory duties if preferred
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district guidelines
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and students to ensure cohesive care
