Project Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for design and coordination of the details of the skylight with the building support structure, often taking the role of confirming the design building itself with the design team. Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects. Direct, review, or approve project design changes. Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications. Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients. Confer with management, production, or marketing staff to discuss project specifications or procedures. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Strong technical background in architectural/construction methodology; including the ability to read architectural and structural drawings, specifications, scheduling and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with skylight, curtainwall, and related products is a must.
