Dental Office Patient Coordinator

Hey there, Rock Star! We are looking to hire a Rockstar Office Assistant to join Pullman's premier dental team. First, will you ROCK our Core Values? Responsibilities Overview: Oversee patient balances and send statements for collection. Maintain and manage accounts receivables. Support front desk staff by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and calling insurance. Post payments and call insurance companies. Completion of KPI reports weekly. Send pre-authorization and provide patients with estimates. Scanning documents, data entry, and other clerical work. Make each visit, the BEST dental experience our patients have ever had. Having 2+ years of experience working in a dental office would a great asset. Key Skills, Again, will you ROCK our Core Values?: Consistent follow-through. Be a “noticer”, and always look for ways to improve. Organized and efficient with computer work and paperwork. Teachable: values feedback, and consistent improvement while remaining self-confident. Time management: always prioritize high-value activities. Reception experience is preferred. Dental knowledge is also preferred, but not required.
