Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for couples and families.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions with each family member to address personal and relational issues.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of concerns, such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse

• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and communication issues
\n
• Adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce
\n
• Stress management related to job or medical issues
\n
• Relationship dynamics in blended families

\n
• Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with industry regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with diverse clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, to provide support tailored to each individual's or family’s unique circumstances. You will cultivate a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges and develop tools for effective coping and growth.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must hold:

• A valid and active state LMFT license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
