Mortgage Loan OfficerAngott Search Group is proud to partner with a nationally recognized mortgage lender headquartered in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, in the search for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, sales-driven professional to build lasting referral relationships and help clients achieve their homeownership goals. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with strong communication skills and a proven ability to generate business through external partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and referral partnersProspect and pre-qualify borrowers, advising on suitable loan productsGuide clients through the mortgage process from application to closingEnsure compliance with lending regulations and company policiesRepresent the organization at open houses, closings, and local networking eventsQualifications:Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license requiredThorough knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and other mortgage programsProven success in outside sales and relationship managementExcellent communication and analytical skillsWillingness to travel up to 80%
