Desktop Support Technician

Requirements Must have: We prefer candidates with some experience in IT help desk or desktop support. We look for strong communication skills and a patient, service-focused mindset. Attention to detail is important for accurately documenting tickets and following procedures. We value strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking abilities. Relevant training or equivalent experience is required. We need someone who can work after hours and weekends when necessary. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities: We troubleshoot technical issues and respond to user inquiries. We create, update, and track support tickets throughout their lifecycle. We handle password resets for users. We install basic software applications on user devices. We diagnose and resolve hardware problems, including faulty peripherals, monitor issues, and connectivity concerns. We help run the IT service desk and deliver high-quality customer support. We support IT projects such as hardware refreshes, operating system upgrades, and rollouts of new applications or tools.
