They should be adept at collaborating with field workers and effectively communicating with the team./ppBenefits:/pulliMedical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 100% company paid for employees/liliPaid vacation holidays/lili401(k) company match/lili30-day paid sabbatical every 5 years of employment/liliStable employment with a growing company/liliHighly competitive salary/li/ulpSkills and Requirements:/pulliStrong organizational and communication skills./liliAbility to manage multiple manpower and logistics tasks simultaneously./liliDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness./liliCollaborative team player who can coordinate across departments./liliConstruction Experience is a plus./liliMicrosoft Suite, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam proficiency/li/ulpEssential Functions:/pulliManpower Tracking Reporting:/liulliMaintain accurate, real-time manpower records, including field team locations, project assignments, and transfer activity./liliPrepare and distribute weekly manpower reports for the Operations team./liliProvide manpower look-aheads across the organization to support proactive workforce planning./liliTrack housing arrangements (lease start/end dates, occupancy, and costs) to support manpower planning./liliCoordinate manpower project transfers, start-up assignments, and site transitions./liliCoordinate with the Payroll Specialist and Project Manager to ensure ExakTime is properly set up, assigned, and maintained for each project from start to closeout./li/ulliLogistics Field Support:/liulliServe as the primary point of contact for manpower logistics, including travel, housing, and site arrival/transition./liliAct as a secondary support resource for travel-related issues and last-minute changes./liliSupport General/Site Superintendents with field startup and closeout documentation related to manpower and logistics./liliFacilitate coordination of contract laborer setup, ensuring accurate records, compliance, and cost control./liliProvide and maintain field asset/property documentation to support GS operations./li/ulliProject Setup, Closeout Communication:/liulliCoordinate with GS, Project Managers, and InCorp Services to ensure proper communication and documentation for job setup and closeout./liliEnsure field manpower and logistics documentation is distributed to the project team and appropriate InCorp Services functions./liliSupport Resource Coordinators with knowledge transfer during project startup and closeout./liliDevelop standardized processes for manpower-related project setup and closeout to ensure consistency across jobs./li/ul/ulpAdministrative Tools and Documentation:/pulliSupport GS and Foremen in the use of manpower-related administrative platforms and company systems:/liulliExcel (primary tool for tracking/manpower reporting)/liliExakTime (time-keeping platform for personnel)/liliSharePoint (documentation and file management)/liliField documentation tools (daily reports, material requisitions, look-aheads)/liliAutoDesk Build (Field Operations/Project documentation platform)/liliOther Platforms as Directed by Director of Field Operations/li/ulliDevelop and maintain standardized manpower and logistics documentation as directed by Director of Field Operations./liliGather field personnel data to support HR and Learning Development with training alignment./li/ulpExecute special projects assigned by the Director of Field Operations./ppWorking Environment/Physical Demands to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
