Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in an acute setting. The ideal candidate will work on a unit with a total of 30 beds, participating in a dynamic team dedicated to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients with a range of conditions including CHF, COPD, and pneumonia.
• Monitor patient health and manage medications, including titration of heparin drips based on APTT results.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including a charge nurse and PCTs.
• Utilize remote telemetry to ensure patient safety and effective monitoring.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• NIHSS certification.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
