Overview Registered Nurse – Med Surg, Gardner, MA. Start 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,033–$2,141. Guaranteed hours: none. Evening shift 3:00 pm–11:30 pm (40 hours per week), every other weekend and holiday. This travel - temporary assignment is in a hospital setting. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,033–$2,141 per week Guaranteed hours: none Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evening, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm (40 hours/week) Start date: 08/24/2026 Work setting: Hospital (travel assignment) Responsibilities Assess and reassess patient status; plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions and patient goals Provide direct patient care per standards of care, protocols, and procedures; document thoroughly and accurately Deliver patient and family teaching based on identified learning needs; assist with discharge planning and resource coordination Appropriately delegate and supervise nursing interventions performed by others; collaborate with the care team and coordinate services Administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders; perform medication reconciliation and monitor responses Interpret cardiac rhythm and initiates appropriate treatment plans per provider orders; manage pain using appropriate devices and therapies Maintain safety and quality by recognizing risks, reporting incidents, and addressing ethical issues in care Uphold professional standards of behavior and contribute to ongoing learning for colleagues (e.g., precepting, training, or participating in professional development) Requirements Current Massachusetts RN license ACLS upon hire OR active BLS card and obtain ACLS within 60 days of hire (AHA ACLS within 60 days if not current) PALS preferred Minimum education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum work experience: Med/Surg (1 year) preferred; Telemetry (1 year) preferred; Pediatrics (1 year) preferred Ability to work in a hospital setting and in the listed shift Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Fast credentialing Dedicated support throughout the assignment Nationwide assignments Extension opportunities Weekly pay Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
