Bilingual Technical Project Assistant – role description: You will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in equipment testing and analysis. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, contribute to real projects, and gain valuable insight into how engineering principles are applied in a professional setting. Responsibilities Assist with the full implementation and follow‑up of warehouse automation projects, including equipment installation, testing, and operation monitoring. Track project progress and communicate with engineers, vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure timely execution. Help with on‑site troubleshooting, basic inspections, and simple maintenance work. Support data collection and documentation, and assist in optimizing warehouse operation processes. Participate in project acceptance and post‑implementation maintenance to ensure stable equipment performance. Qualifications New graduates are welcome to apply! A bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Strong hands‑on skills and basic machine tool skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills. Strong team spirit and leadership potential. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment with flexibility and adaptability. Proficiency in data analysis, MS Office, and report writing is required.
