Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Residential Services clinical team. The primary role is to support the development, implementation, and refinement of programmatic and individual behavioral supports for youth with social, emotional, and behavioral health needs. Responsibilities The BCBA will serve as a specialist, increasing team capacity, conducting assessments, formulating individual treatment plans, providing group work, training staff, and assisting youth in meeting treatment goals. The BCBA will develop and implement assessment tools to conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses, and develop appropriate behavior strategies to teach desired behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors. Provide ongoing support, create and present training workshops, meet with supervised staff, discuss client issues, and assist with crisis intervention as needed—including verbal discussion and application of physical intervention methods to reduce risk. Maintain data, paperwork, and communication between staff and families, provide feedback to government agencies, perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director, and experience writing IEP goals. Transportation for clients to and from site may be required.
