We’re looking for an MRO Sales Director to lead revenue growth and expand our footprint in the aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) market. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales professional who understands how to navigate aviation maintenance environments and close complex service deals.

Responsibilities
Drive Growth
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow MRO revenue across Part 91 and Part 135 operators, fleet managers, and corporate flight departments
- Identify, pursue, and close new business including:
- Heavy maintenance events (inspections, major checks)
- Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs
- AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support
- Component repair and overhaul services
- Build and maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline and forecast
Build & Manage Client Relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and high-value prospects
- Develop long-term relationships with Directors of Maintenance, Chief Pilots, and fleet decision-makers
- Conduct regular client visits, facility tours, and in-person meetings
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
Shape Market Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
- Partner with leadership on pricing, positioning, and service offerings
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in aviation MRO sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of closing high-value service contracts and hitting revenue targets
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance operations and customer priorities
- Established network within corporate aviation, Part 91/135 operators, or fleet management
- Experience selling maintenance services, heavy checks, or AOG support
- Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, CMP)
- Experience working closely with technical or maintenance teams
