Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for Emergency Department patients across the lifespan, including triage, treatment, and discharge planning.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications as ordered, and perform necessary nursing procedures.
- Collaborate with the CNA and interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient patient care and accurate documentation.
- Participate in rapid assessment and stabilization during emergencies; implement triage protocols and provide clear discharge instructions when appropriate.
- Maintain infection control, patient safety, and privacy standards; communicate effectively with patients, families, and the medical team.

Requirements
- ER/acute care nursing experience and ability to work in a fast-paced ED environment.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (3x12) and adapt to a travel assignment schedule.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work within a CNA-supported care team to deliver patient-centered care.
